Reminiscences, 1953.

An autobiographical essay describing Villon's years in school (giving the names of classmates and teachers), his work as a notary public, his early interest in engraving and his later successes with painting and engraving. Villon also mentions the activities of his brother, Raymond Duchamp-Villon. At the close of the essay, Villon discusses his theory of painting.
